Heres another photo dump for you, I have been shooting lots so I have quite a bit! Im really happy with how the portraits came out, It makes me really want to work with more lights and flashes! Have a look!

 I have definitely been slackin on the updates, but I have been shooting quite a bit this trip with various cameras, so I thought I would just post a few batches of them at a time. I’ve also been shooting some medium format that I yet to get developed but I’m really looking forward too! Other than that, my first week and a half in Miami has been perfect, thats actually the best word to describe it! The weather has been amazing, were located in a really good place right in the middle of everything - so everything has been super convenient except internet haha, but its like 3 blocks away so no biggie… The women are absolutely beautiful too! I could definitely see myself wanting to be down here again by the time I leave. It wasn’t really exactly what I expected, the stereotypes hold true of the guido scene miami thing, but its real relaxed vibe for sure! Im a big fan of the Art Deco architecture and its neat to be in the epicenter of it, I’m going to try and do an update of just patterns on buildings there’s some real good ones, and a lot of them, so hopefully I can snap enough for an update!

 

Here’s a little iphone update, I have no Internet were I’m staying so the updates aren’t going to be a daily thing but I’ll try and do put a lenghty post wit more photos later.

Alright, that’s what’s new on the travel tip! Haha heading to the big MIA for a couple of weeks and then making the trek to NYC, this should be a fun trip for sure never been to Florida, I’m really looking forward to the sun and whatever lies ahead! Should be a good trip and I’ll be posting along the way. Thank you Don again for the ride to the airport, and thank you Sean for letting me store my stuff at you place. Miami here I come, team toe represent!

So recently it seems like I have been working mobile a lot, I think thats probably my favorite thing about what I do actually, just being able to do my work anywhere and just touch base remotely with clients, and just steering away from doing the same redundant things everyday. with that being said I wanted to do a post on how I go about doing it, and the some of the computer equipment I use and why I use it.

iphone - I don’t think I need to get into details here, but yes I would mark this device the most beneficial of all things I travel with, Anyone who has one could probably relate!

13 inch MacBook - the biggest reason I find this laptop beneficial other than it being an Apple, is the size of it. compared to the 15 inch or the 17 inch it seems to be a much more feasible size to travel with.

WD mini external hard drive - These drives are great, there small, have plenty of storage and there reliable. If i’m doing a video shoot I usually have the client get one of these to store footage on for their specific project. But my favorite thing about them is they are bus driven drives, meaning you don’t need to plug it into an outlet for it to have power, and that has saved me on many occasions!
